Changing up lira to euro

Does anyone know if either of the banks in Esentepe change lira to euro? I need about 50euro for south side insurance plus a little extra when i pick a friend up on tuesday evening. Never tried the local banks before but it would save a trip into Girne if they did.

If you go via the Beyamardu crossing, there is a currency exchange within 100 metres before the check-point.

Thanks for the info. I must say i have never noticed a currency exchange at the crossing before, but then i have not been looking out for one. Is it on the left after the petrol station?

On the left after the petrol station and before the cafe complex. There is no crossing at Pila, a village 3 kms beyond the Beyarmadu/Pergamos crossing point within the RoC.

Yes you can get euro's from the bank in the village. Sue xx
