They are free (subject to an installation charge) with the gas contract, you are not allowed to own them, they remain the property and liability of Jetgas or Intergas.

Could depend on a number of factors, but then you get the correct amount.
We had to have a long fill pipe fitted because lorry can't get down out drive, your situation might be very different.
