Electric smart meters/Lapta & Karsiyaka

For the first couple of months bills came through the e-mail/phone no provided but this month for some reason we and others have a paper bill as well as internet/text,I thought that to save money that the meter readers were reallocated,any ideas anyone?

Don't worry about it. You'll probably get a bill via phone/email which will include the paper bill. I did.

Well we got both but with different totals !! tried to fathom it out looking at bills from September onwards & have given up till after Christmas,

Anyone know how you get the meter reading on the new smart meters please
