Kibtek Bills online

Many apologies in advance as I fear this subject has been covered previously, but I have been unable to locate the info: we have registered with Kibtek, but have never received an email alerting us that a bill is ready. I have had a look at our Kibtek account on line and can see the current bill, but can't find last months bill - is it possible to see more than the current month? You don't mention whether you have received a new type of meter yet, but assuming that you have, then on current form, you can expect to wait for up to 8 weeks for your first bill.

Some have been a lot quicker, but it seems to be a little 'random'...

Thanks Keith. Yes it is a new meter, from which we took a reading when we left towards the end of October. Going by the no. of units, there would have been a bill in November and it this one I was hoping to access.

Experience tells me your best bet is to call into the KIbTek office and talk to them.
I now get my bills by e-mail, and I've had no problems since I went in and sorted it out.

I emailed Kibtek.com with a similar request and got a fast satisfactory reply . Did not have much luck when visiting the office .that of course may have changed
