About time the police cottoned on to that one and started telling each other when they were away on holidays and the cells would be empty - they could catch loads!!!! Happy New Year!!

For the very same reason you shouldn't put your home address on suitcases, as it's simply advertising that your property will be empty.

On Cyprus 44 I noticed several posts where people asked for lifts to the airport on specific dates, and later gave the details of how to find their house.

Then a couple of post later they asked for advise on kennels,thus considerately telling the buglars not only that the house was empty, d but that the dogs wouldnt be there to give the alarm.
