Kibtec standing charge

Hi all,
I asked this question on another forum and 61 views so far and no reply! So, can anyone tell me what is the daily standing charge for electricity at the moment?

On my bill the fixed charge for 1 month is 16.95 tl I suppose that s the standing charge. Its called Maktu Ucret.
