I have been to this 3 times now & although it has a big banner saying 'Now open' & it looks fully stocked it has not actually been open. Have I just been unlucky or is it not yet open?

Yeah they do not have a prominent sign up telling you it's closed on Mondays. As Eminaga have two garden centres why are they both closed on the same day? Surely it make sense to share out the closures and have a sign saying if this centre is closed our other one will be open?

Also the entrance is the one on the LH side. This seems crazy because the most welcoming looking entrance is the exit and it's placed in the centre of the building... When you leave a building you leave it behind so the norm is to have the entrance as the most welcoming part and the exit off to the side is no bother... The number of people we have observed approaching the wrong door and then being ushered along to the side - the staff inside need to tell their bosses they've got the layout wrong inside and out. They have the inside arranged IKEA style i.e. You have to wander through the whole wiggly display like a maze to get from entrance to exit. I don't think this works well in a garden centre...

I find the stock well kept but a bit same-y, loads of the same plants all looking healthy but not a massive range. I asked for Sage in English and Turkish and was shown Thyme and Rosemary - not really what I wanted...

Sage!!! Take a walk in the mountains, it grows everywhere for free!
No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.

Must say the layout is awful needs a bit of thought. Also the staff wondering around behind you as if you are going to carry out a misdeed. Thought they were following to give advice but could not understand my questions as they only speak Turkish!!!!
