Home stay or similar for young cat approx 4 months

Can anyone advise of any options for safe care for a young cat which we kind of adopted prior to returning to the UK have found out about cost of shipping etc and all the necessary but apparently it takes about 3-4 months for everything to clear so looking for a suitable temporary place for her to stay while this all happens she has already been netured a neighbor very kindly sorted this out
Needs to be near Alcinsac /Malatya if at all possible and not too expensive as the cost to get her back to the UK are pretty steep
Would appreciate and advice

We brought out cats over in the cabin (excess baggage!) with Turkish Airlines 18 mths ago and it wasn't that expensive? Flew from Manchester to Ercan. Have you talked to KAR about documentation etc?
