Now the embargoes have been lifted on Iran,(a terror state)now perhaps the embargoes will be lifted on TRNC.

Can't see that happening in the short term.

No connection between the two at all.

One had sanctions because of it's nuclear program/aspirations, the other because of lack of sovereignty recognition.
