Great Stone owners lose appeal to keep their homes

Some time back an article was written in the Kibkom Times posing the question "Is this a good time to buy in TRNC"
I found out yesterday that sadly the owners of the properties have lost their appeal in the High Court and having now exhausted the legal system in TRNC, unless they want to take the next step to appeal eviction through the Courts, they will be evicted. It seems there is no other course of action except to sue Turkey and go to the ECHR, but that could be costly and take a lot of time. It's very sad for the 13 owners of Great Stone properties.
Whilst there are many successes in buying in TRNC always sad when some are not so lucky and treated in the way these people along with others, who are still going through the Court process to protect their properties, have been.
