Kibtek bills

Can anyone please refresh my memory?
How often do Kibtek send electricity bills - having bought a place last year (wired up but no meter), a meter was installed, the meter and I (as owner) were registered last September, providing an email address - and I have finally received my first bill (via email) dated 26 February.
Being back in UK at the moment, I have no worries as in addition to the mandatory deposit, I also paid 500 TL in advance, and this is shown, so current bills will be covered until I return....
But somehow I have the idea that bills appear monthly - is this correct?
I have logged onto the Kibtek site; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't....

Thanks for that; perhaps a slow start with it being a first timer!

Please can someone tell me how to read the new meter? Lots of numbers flashing through, but haven't a clue. Thanks

On ours, I press the left hand green button under the display once to get current reading, pressing more times gets all sorts of useless information. No guarantee all meters are the same though...

Thanks for advice, but we have no green button on our meter. Any other suggestions would be welcome.

This might help - I copied this (below) last October off (I think) this forum; unfortunately I can't remember who originally posted it, but thanks!
Also,
this user manual is probably the one you need - but there's a lot to read through!
Information:
There are two keys on every meters front side: ? Scroll key – the blue key that is always accessible. Its primary function is to scroll data from the
Manual scroll sequence on the LCD.
? Reset key – the orange key that is under the lid with a hinge and can be sealed independently
from the meter cover.
Use of Scroll Key
The Scroll key enables three different types of key press, depending on duration: ? Short press ? time of key depression shorter than 2s:
Next data in the manual sequence is displayed. ? Long press ? time of key depression longer than 5s:
Displayed submenu or function is selected, ? Extended press ? time of key depression longer than 8s:
Enter to menu.
The Scroll key functions are: ? LCD display test performing, ? displayed list data view, ? switching to the meter test operation mode, ? disconnector disconnection or reconnection, ? short time press scrolls the display, ? long time press enables to perform different function such as disconnector connection /disconnection or emergency credit selection.
"Given the above I would suggest that if you are going to press the BLUE scroll key then only press it for less than 2 seconds - who knows what would happen if you pressed it for longer?"
For all the information go to this link: http://www.iskraemeco.co.uk/index_files ... _V1.00.pdf and read from page 60 onwards. I think the amount of times you press the key is dependent upon where the readout is when you begin!! Hope this helps or at least gives you something to do this hot afternoon.

Thanks to those who offered help. As far as I can see, we only have a blue b utton, and in view of the 'less than 2 seconds' suggestion, I shall leave well alone, and hope eventually we get a bill or a text.
