Problems with Digiturk

A digger driver (perhaps qualified at St Dunstan's Driving School) today managed to strike the top of the electric pylon which serves our home. He was driving along with the bucket very high in the air (as they do) when the "Flash" occurred. When power was eventually restored all our Dodgiturk channels, which are normally in English, are now in Turkish and it is necessary to use the button on the box handset to revert to English every time we change channels. I have tried switching all the power off then on before reloading all the channels. I have also used the options button on the TV remote but because this is in Turkish it is impossible for me to work out what might be necessary.
The power outage could be coincidental and the Wildebeest (bless her) could be right when calling me a Luddite before retiring to bed early, in a strop ! I would be grateful if there is any member who can give this simpleton instructions on what to fiddle with next to try and restore permanently channels in English. Never a dull moment in Cypris is there, and it seems that I will making the breakfasts in the morning and undertaking numerous other chores !
