Hello Helpful KibKomers,

I would like to buy a kettle type charcoal barbeque, Weber Type! not the kind you get all over the island here. Can anybody please point me in the right direction? I feel the need to chuck a few steaks and ribs on the braii.

You can get Weber BBQs in Leroy Merlin near IKEA in South Cyprus.

You could take a design to Arman metalworks and they will build one.

I got some 'rib eyed' beef the other day(as recommended by the butcher).2 days in marinade,slowly bbq'd,still as tough as 'old boots'.Just hope this Turkish water will be given to farmers to grow grass !!!
