Access to IKTISAT bank account

Trying to access my Iktisatbank account from the UK , however I didn't receive a pin code through my mobile. Haven't had this problem before ? Anyone else in the same boat or is it something particular to me?

I had the same problem, had to set up "international roaming" with Turkcell. then it worked ok.

mine is a tesco sim from the uk - has always worked in the past with no problems until recently??
