Can anyone please explain how to access electric bill on the Kibtek web site ..
When clicking on billing information a different box opens to the previous three months ..

Looks like you give them your ppt number and phone number they then send you a text with code number.
tried it today didnt receive a text so maybe not!

Ringing Kibtek , after 5 minutes of letting the phone ring out , a man answered .. Do you speak English, no reply & he put the phone down ..

Why not pay by Direct Debit? We pay all our utility bills this way and never had a problem. Makes it all hassle free and bills are paid even when you are away! This is simply my opinion, however.

Ppt - passport , I put it the box asking for kimlik number this was the number we used to register it then brings up a box for you to enter the number sent by text, has I said in my last post never received a text from kib tec though.

I've been trying to register on the kibtek website but to no avail.

So I cannot pay my electricity bill whilst in the UK

I tried putting in my passport no. but didn't have to give it when registering so thought it was pointless. Needless to say no text message with code. I have also tried with the account numbers but still no text message.

I've had no luck in logging either - will have to go into town and see what they say. Did register way back in September/October but never received a text or email.
