Hi I am sure some of you have read about my plight at Tatlisu dog pound !! well it has now been ordered to close after all the good that people have done after all the donations that people have given,all the dogs have been removed and where too ???? i really have no idea !!! i have now been asked to remove Laurel, Hardy and Grouch , there is also a 4 month old puppy that we have been feeding and de-ticked and she was covered !!! I don't know how long i have got o take them out , i am really worried that one day i will go there and they will have gone !!! Please can anybody help ??? This is URGENT

The latest via somebody who asked the Baskan where the dogs are was told they have all been adopted.......when asked further where are all the adoption documents......was told there are none, when asked further are there any photos taken by the adopters of these dogs......was told , they are poor & don't have phones that take photos.-------------if like me you believe this then you will also believe in Father Christmas.

They did say that the puppy, Suzan deticked was killed by the other dogs, just like the condition of the pound when Suzan came across this hell hole a dead half eaten dog.

There is still a large kennel outside of the pound that needs removing along with the other kennels if anyone can help then I am sure Suzan will be grateful, she can be reached on 0533 8833366

I have no idea like so many others where these dogs are but I can hazard a guess as this is run by the same Belediye that poisoned all the cats on Sea Terra Reserve site, where I have an apartment.

For some this is not on your doorstep so why should you care.
It is not on mine but surely there are like minded folk here that are reading this and are sickened as much as me knowing this has happened.
The dogs have all been miraculously rehomed with the exception of the three ''Hogans'' dogs that had to be put in there as no homes could be found for them after they were abandoned.
Excuse me for being so thick but If homes were so easily available why were these poor dogs in this hell hole in the first place.
I have passed on donations of food , medical care and even kennels for these dogs of Tatlisu and I just hope that any one of them are still able to take a breath.

Hi Cally, I believe in Father Christmas and the Tooth Fairy. IF this Belediye have achieve this remarkable rehoming of these dogs. Would they share! Yes please tell KAR ,Hope4Pets and FARC and the other animal rescue groups, how they managed to do this, As you pointed out, this Belediye's reputation leaves nothing to be desired . It does not leave a lot to the imagination sadly, as to where the dogs are!! What will now happen to the brand new kennels which were built by a benefactor, free of charge and have sat OUTSIDE the pound since before Christmas. A friend offered to fund a roof, but this was refused back in January. The Baskan said his men" would do it"!!! What happened NOTHING .I really do despair as this Belediye has done absolutely nothing to help these dogs. They have not incurred any expenses, as volunteers have cleaned the area. Food has been donated. WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM???

What is the latest on this situation does anyone one know?
