Returning to TRNC after moving back to UK/ visa issues?

We moved back to UK in November, having previously resided in TRNC for 6 years, we had residency during that time, my wife is under 60 and her residency expired in March. We are planning a visit in May to see old friends and are planning to stay a month. Can anyone tell me if there will be any problems? I know under normal circumstances if we still resided in TRNC my wife could be fined for failing to renew but as we are returning as visitors not residents will we still be penalised?

I believe the stamp you get in your passport is good for 90 days so you should be OK.

I left in 2008, having had "residency" for some time. I have returned 3 times since then, and have had no problems with Immigration at Ercan.

My last visit was in April 2015 for one week.

As I understand it as long as you had an exit on the TRNC computer when you left (and I am sure you must have had one) then you come back as a visitor with the 90 days (they might give less,who know,s but certainly yu will be O.K. for a month.

I am relaly pretty certain on that because it is the rules. If there is any variation when you arrive , just nicely point it out! Goodluck! Seriously, you will be a temporary visitor and treated as all others.

We left in 2010 my partner has been back a few times for a month with no problems
