Are Casinos exempt from the No Smoking regulations?

I ask the question, because a post on another thread mentioned that smoking is allowed in the Cratos Casino...

Unless anything has changed recently I quess so, infact the free packets of cigarettes (5 in a packet ) positively encourage it, Has a none smoker the Cratos was far better than some of the other Casinos because of its size.

Yes it is marvelous, the only time I smoke is when I drink so I can enjoy copious amounts of ciggys, quality drinks and the incredible food at the Merit. Long may it continue.
