Taken from the Pegasus website.
Hand baggage.
This is baggage taken onto the plane by the passenger. Each passenger is permitted one item of carry-on baggage measuring 20 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm, and weighing a maximum of 8 kg.
The following are allowed to be carried on board without subjected to extra cost.
If there is no room in the cabin for these items, then they will be stowed in the hold and carried as checked baggage.
One hand bag suitable for traveling,
One overcoat, shawl, scarf or blanket,
One bag of duty-free shopping,
One umbrella (except those with pointed ends) or walking stick,
One baby carrycot or pushchair (can be placed in cargo),
One small camera or telescope,
Books and magazines to be read during the flight,
Collapsible wheelchair or pair of crutches (to be placed in cargo)
Baby food and carrycot to be used during the flight
One laptop computer

When a flight is full the staff should ensure only ONE BAG per person. Had to do a flight just after christmas last year which was full and they were stacking the bags on the wings there were so many of them. I have seen people moaning at the door to the cabin when having things taken off them to be put in the hold, we all know the rules and if these people are so intent on abusing the staff there should be no quarter given, push off and fly with somebody else. Airlines in general are too lax on the hand luggage rules except Ryanair who have it spot on, disobey and you will pay - A LOT!!!!!!!

I find the amount of luggage some of the Turkish people carry on to planes at Ercan absolutely extraordinary. I could live for a fortnight in the UK with the amount they carry on as hand baggage!! And they get away with it, which is even more extraordinary.
