Not a user, so pleading insanity.

Friend has updated her computer and google chrome logs in in Turkish. Checked on my computer and it is in Greek!!!!!!

What should the url be to log in to English site.

Hi David. I don't use it, but have it in English although the url says "de". https://www.google.de/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=Hsc ... gws_rd=ssl

Maybe worth a try, or try changing "de" to "uk"?

Not computer literate but you can try this ..
On the chrome page, top right hand corner are three bars, click this then click settings ..
Scroll down to "Show advanced settings", click this & scroll down to languages ..
Tick the box "offer to translate" & pages in Turkish & should be translated to English .. Good luck ..

Better still click on the 3 bars top right

Click settings

Second item down "on startup" - select "open a specific page or set of pages" then click on "set pages"

A box appears asking you to "add a new page"

Type in "www.google.co.uk"............................or whatever page you want chrome to open to

Google cyprus page, bottom right hand side should be four titles, third one is setting, select settings, drop down menu select top option search settings, bottom of this page language in google products, select grey bar and from menu choose english.

Just as a matter of interest, how did you do it ? .
There was three options .. Maybe there is a fourth ..
