St Hilarion - anybody know why no lights?

Love it when St Hilarion Castle is all lit up - but it still in darkness. Anybody in Kibkomland know why and when it's likely to be illuminated?
Don't actually KNOW but suspect it is due to cost. They may well light it up again when the tourist season starts with a swing.
Quite happy to hear if I am wrong, but I seem to remember in the past the lights were put out because of the high cost of the electric to keep it going.
