Has anyone used pickup north Cyprus recently? I have been trying to book a transfer to Larnaca Airport for Wednesday but it is asking for payment upfront which we have never had to do before, this isn't a problem but the payment keeps saying its declined. I have tried 3 times with two different cards and its declined each time. I have tried phoning but no reply, sent a message via Facebook but it doesn't look like they have posted since February. Not sure whether to try again or give up and book elsewhere. Anyone used them recently please?

I have used them last year, thought they were very nice, chilled bottle water on arrival when we got into the cab, was a fair price also, I have no idea if they are still running.

We have used them several times, the last time about 6 months ago but it seems strange I can't get in touch with anyone. They are way cheaper than other transfer companies and reliable too, hopefully I will get sorted with them.

We used them at the beginning of March this year. Pick up and price as agreed.

Hopefully they are still in operation.

I used them last Monday - had prepaid on website - and was a little concerned as I got not proof of payment. Our plane was delayed - did not get to Ercan until 1:30 at night - but our lovely man was there. So don't worry - as far as I know they are still operating and are as great as ever!

I have just tried booking online again and this time payment has gone through okay so there must have been a problem with the site last night. Thanks everyone.

We will be looking to book a transfer from Larnaca to Kyrenia in June and most people are quoting £50 each way. After reading your post I looked at there website and they quote 199 tl return,so about half the cost. A little concerned though about your booking experience and hopefully it's all ok as this is a great price. Please let us know if everything goes ok and anyone else's experiences with this company.
Just looking for reassurance that this company are safe to book with.

I have used these people quite a few times now from home to Ercan and return and have to say they have been brilliant. Pick up and drop off at the front door and waiting with a smile at Ercan on my return. Great prices as well

Hi marc111, we. have used them quite a few times before but never experienced a problem booking online before, I think the payment up front is a new thing. I would definitely recommend them and as you say the prices are hard to beat.

Always use them and have not been let down. They usually ring of text you the evening before to let you know time of pick up. New payment system now but not a bad thing. Transport always clean and water always provided.

I use them regularly and only once were they a little bit late picking me up to go to the airport. That said they have always been at the airport when I land. Payment in advance not a problem although payment was rejected when I tried to do it in sterling but OK when in TL. This might be my bank account that is the problem rather than there website.
All in all a great service at brilliant prices so I'm definitely not complaining.

So can you confirm that they pick up from your front door?

I can only speak for myself when I say yes, it is a door to door service.

Are these people really reliable ? As I have booked for my other half to go to Larnaca next Saturday,it will be too late to get south insurance by the time they collect her ???

Have used them a few times. Turn up on time......you should normally get a text message or be contacted day before to confirm booking and pick up times etc. Picked up from home, dropped off at airport. You could always double double check and call them the day before if you are really concerned.

I have booked transfer with them again, travelling to Larnaca airport midweek. I booked and paid on Friday, got email confirmation and now probably won't hear anything till the day before re pick up time. Have found them extremely reliable and probably wouldn't book anywhere else. Only criticism l have is some of the drivers drive too fast for my liking!!

All good, arrived at said property on time and good journey to Larnaca, was very sceptical initially but would use them again for sure. Value for money.

They arrived on time at Karmi church car park,nice clean Merc Sprinter,air con full on,had phone call last night to confirm time location etc....

Just returned from the UK and used Pickup North Cyprus to and from Ercan. I have to say they were fantastic and we will be using them in future.

Is this a taxi share or do they operate as other transfer companies, just two people for example? Many thanks in advance.

The cheapest option is the shared taxi van which my partner used in July,she is booked in for the return on the 16th of August from Larnaca. It seems very good value,let's see what the return leg is like.

On the way out in July they were early into Karmi church square,she had her favourite seat in the front and a bottle of chilled water as well ! She is a nervous passenger but texted me to say the driver was fine and got to Larnaca well in time for her to have a large coffee before checking in.

When you book and pay online you specify whether you want a private taxi or are happy to share. The price you receive is then set accordingly.

Always use them very efficient and affordable clean transport with water provided . Had them three times in the last three weeks. They always text to confirm pick up,time and always respond to e mails .
