Xrealnet Internet problem??

Is anyone else with xrealnet internet?? Ours has been off all day!! Fed up now. No answer when I ring them. Esentepe area

I am and have had no problems today. I'm in Karsiyaka though.

Still off. Managed to get through to them and have been told it is a channel problem and it will come back on today sometime. They don't know when though! !!
