Paying belediye in advance

We will be away for 3 months during which there will be a monthly charge from Esentepe Belediyesi, does anyone know if we can pay in advance or leave money to put our account in credit?

We are under Esentepe Beledyesi. I would seriously recommend asking a friendly neighbour to pay having left sufficient funds to cover whatever the charge is.

In November 2015, I paid Esentepe Belediyesi Council Tax up until 31 December 2016. In April this year, I paid Property Tax up until the end of March 2017. Hasan at the Belediyesi is extremely helpful.

Thank you everyone, they were quite happy to accept an advance payment and have our account put in credit.
