A brilliant dentist.

For those of you who are looking for a first class dentist, look no further.

I had the misfortune to have a dodgy tooth which required extracting. I saw two dentists who both declined to do the job as I needed a 'Specialist'. I was referred to DentRoyal in Girne (details below).

I duly saw this dentist who is extremely qualified - not only a qualified maxillofacial surgeon but a conventionally trained dentist, not to mention a PhD.
This lady is by no means ordinary.

She did an initial exmination and told me to return two days later after taking more antibiotics and she would remove the offending tooth.
She promised me 'no pain' - that was taken with a pinch of salt after all she is a dentist....

She performed the procedure quickly, efficiently and as promised there was no pain. Not a particularly nice way to pass the time but it could have been much worse as I has been dreading.

What a star. She is warm, friendly and very professional, Speaks excellent English and without doubt knows what she is doing.

If any of you out there are looking for a dentist out of the ordinary this lady is for you.

Details; Dr. Dt. Gizem Dimililer DDS PhD Oral and Mxillofacial surgery and Implanting Specialist.

She not far from the HSBC Bank, or Pertev's vet office. Her card shows near to the Passport restaurant but that has moved/closed. Look it up on her website wher she shows a map.
a bit of initiative goes a long way.

Agreed that she is good, but check price beforehand. I didn't, and paid an extortionate price for a very quick and simple procedure which needed no particular skill. Believe me that it was very expensive, I have spent the last two years having a lot of dental treatment elsewhere and have a good feel for price!
