It is very easy to find:

If you are coming along the 'old' road from Lapta you will come to the roundabout (where by if you turn left you will come to the HSBC however ) you will need to turn right at this roundabout, follow the road up and before you come to the T Junction at the top you will see a huge sign saying Multimax on your left side.

For clarification - is that where Akpinar Bakery is on one corner and SOS children's village the other, and that you go past the football ground which is shortly after you turn and on the left. Come to think of it, I saw the office the other day of multimax.

Thank you all for your replies. We did try to find it last year, and ended up paying it at a shop that took payment on their behalf, though I now see we have an email from them, where by we can do it online, which is even better.

You can also phone and give your details for renewal, it was easy-peasy last time we did so and the phone operator was very pleasant and helpful.
