We went on holiday to the South for four days and drove over 400 miles
As we were leaving Nicosia in our new 300 km hire car I joked that we were inspecting the roads built with our British EU contribution

The coast motorway to Paphos was built with EU money as was all the flyovers / roundabouts at Limersol

There's a new completed last year by pass of Gerisipio as you come in on the old airport road now bypassed by the motorway its a road to nowhere and no need for it to be done as there is no traffic
Out on the Coral Bay road the duel carriage way is being updated

The penny finally dropped on day three it was not a joke when on a back road in the Troodos the thing was being resurfaced and all the way up was new road surface
And on the way down to Nicosia the road that was perfectly good by UK standards was being resurfaced

The UK roads are a disgrace I had to have new coil springs on the front of a car after 70k miles as they were broken after the state of British roads
THERE ARE NO POTHOLES IN TH ROC

in the TRNC apart from the Girne by pass and the Tatlisu coast road theres hardly any money been spent where's the Norths share of this money

Conclusion roc is bankrupt and we are funding all this work along with all the rest of the EU vanity projects
Charity begins at home Lets not be fooled again

What did you think of the Tomb of the Kings Road? It's been a long job

They were digging it up 9 years ago to make it a dual carriageway
They've dug it up again to re do it shows they know how to spend and get eu money
