Not quite sure what you mean by rustic but Burhan has some lovely (what I would call) vintage style handles at their Nicosia shop.

If you mean the type that are usually on the lovely old carved doors, the yapi markets have them.

They had them in Coban in Catalkoy, but you can try any, they will probably all have them. They were not very expensive either. We have one on our front door.

I have door knobs in the house and am looking for the wrought iron type that fix to both sides of the door with a centre spindle cloud black or dark brown

Ah, mine is not that type, it is burnished steel, about a foot or so long. Its worth trying the Yapi Markets though, Genc in Karaoglangolu have a good selection of handles.
