"Well done England" now that's something you don't hear very often as far as major football tournaments are concerned.

Great game of rugby by the England rugby team, pity the England football team can't show the same kind fight, determination and finish. Wimps!!!

I thought England (football) team played well, it just did not come off for them. Football can be a cruel game at times. It is still early days and a point from the first game is not disastrous. Let's not write them off yet.

Sorry erol I have to disagree, if that was playing well I dread to see them play poorly! And hopefully the management have a rethink for our next game against Wales. Where was Vardy and what was the thinking of having Harry Kane the highest goal scorer, and one of the tallest players take the corners, he should have been in the centre. Surely there were other players on the field that could have took the corners to allow Kane to do what he does best score goals.

Last season in the prem kane took a total of seven corners in 38 games, in one game against russia he took 6 corners !!! the managers is a fool he took rooney off when he was playing so well and he still is not sure of what formation to play is. Did he go to the same coaching school as stuart lancaster by any chance ?

I am not a football expert, nor do I pretend to be one. In my view England dominated the vast majority of the game and created by far the most chances to score. That is the basis on which I think they played well.

Yes I can agree with you on that one, England did create the most chances to score. But just didn't finish. By my count, Sterlin alone missed three open goals in the first half, he should have been took off and replaced with Vardy on.

Come on England we know you can do it Thursday against Wales.

Yes indeed should be a good game and without Hooper oz might find things not going their own way, a great chance to win the series .....
