Just had another fabulous meal at the Panta Restaurant (diagonally opposite Supreme supermarket) - had our usual selection of lovely main dishes (my favourite is Massamam chicken curry and I ring in advance to have it 'on the bone') but tried the sushi king platter as a starter for 3 of us - superb (and I know my sushi) and pretty good value too!

Well done Otto and the team - they are having a pretty quiet start to the season... go along and support a restaurant delivering something a little different (and the thai food tastes authentic!!).

Tried it last year, not been back because it was awful, food not warm, nothing like Thai, no sushi and over-priced, But sounds like it may have improved so will give it another go, thanks for the info.

Heavens. It must have improved in the last year! Tried it last year. The worst Thai red curry I have ever had. A tiny amount of meat, lots of FIGS and no chillies. Extraordinary.

Glad it was not just me OldDog.....our meal was awful, but willing to give it another go, but if it has not improved it will defo be the last.

Tried this restaurant last summer and thought it was good, something different. However when we returned we had a very disapointing meal, warm and pretty tasteless and lacking spice! However i am always happy to give somewhere another chance.

We went last year just after it opened and were disappointed. Went recently and were delighted that we gave it another chance. Will definitely be going again very soon!!
