Anybody else having a fluctuating electrical supply at the moment. Registering 150v and getting lower. Can physically see the floor fan speeding up and slowing down. I know its better than it being off completely but some appliances will not work. Have tried ringing Kibtek but permanently engaged.

A healthy 245V here in Malatya.
Could be a problem on your phase or it could be Kib Tek maxing out in your area due to lots of fans and air con on.
A case for inverter driven a/c.
You might be wise to unplug a few things until it cools down, if that's the case.

Don't use any electronic devices, TV, DVD etc as they are far more susceptible to failure with the low voltage than a high voltage.

I have had fluctuating electric central Ozankoy since the warmer weather started. It happens every year as people turn on air con, pool motors etc. and the swallows and tourists arrive.
AS you say, better than no electric at all.. Please think about the less wealthy and/or healthy and be unselfish and economic in your use of resources so there is some left for others!
