I need to stock up on my natural remedies. Plus I currently have a lung infection I need to urgently need herb tea for. Eg Mulver and Ihlamu.

I am hopeful that with all the abundant plants we have here that the older generation still keep their much needed skills active.

Here's hoping
Thanks

Seems your natural remedies aren't very good at prevention.

Thank you for your replies peeps. I will check them out. A friend has given me some great herbs which are already making a big difference.

TRNC VAughan: It is more complicated than just an infection! Although the infection was from airborne pathogens my ENT consultant and Dr Turk have told me that my immune system is expected to be very low due to an inactive saliva gland - which is due to me breaking my nose at some juncture I cannot remember! So the cartilege in the nose has to be broken in two places in a necessary operation to rectify this problem!!

I totally agree prevention is better than cure. I normally have good stocks from my herbalist in uk but have not been back for 5 years!

Thanks Doris re the signpost to the Mucizem pharmacy opposite the ship. I was able to find all the herbs i was looking for and more! Cagin Eseri was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the herb properties and is actually taking a PhD which is great to hear. I thoroughly recommend their natural herbs. Plus anything they don't stock he is happy to try to order for people.

The other pharmacy opposite Starling has a great range of organic body and hair products as well a super large jars of organic virgin coconut oil which I use a lot of!

Great to see TRNC going back to natural products! I don't have to stock up in UK so much.
