Are there any Lady Kibkomers who could recommend where to go to have a mammogram done ?
Is there anywhere here that shows the respect wanted and needed when having this most personal but essential test done?
Any help would be appreciated as it is not nice being made to feel like you are a piece of dead meat!

Personally I would avoid mammogram and go straight to an ultrasound. A lot less painful, it's what they do if they spot anything unusual on the mammogram and it doesn't cost much more. It's usually more private too. I guess it's also easier to come by as the machinery is more readily available. I last had one done at Kolan but that was following a dodgy mammogram, fortunately the ultrasound ruled out any issues.

Ultrasounds did not pick up on my Cancer cells but mammograms did - twice!
This was maybe personal to me as everyone is different but for my piece of mind and my health I have yearly ones done.

Kolan did my mammogram and ultrasound. Quick efficient and with dignity.

We go regularly to the Near East where you can have both tests done. Very professionally and sympathetically conducted.

Other half went last time to Near East and they were excellent. All advice we have received Near East, Kamiloglu and Kolan is you must have both Mammograf and ultra sound to ensure best results.

Not involved directly of course but wife could not praise staff at Near East highly enough.

Etik Lefkosa Dr Tariq arranged for me to have a complete MOT which included mammogram and ultrasound.

My wife seconds the Etic absolutely spot on
