Have crossed at Metehan and Beyarmudu at Bayram many times. It can get extremely busy during Bayram, stuck for about 2 hours each way at Metehan one time going over late morning returning about 5pm or (7pm as it became) never again.

Another point on the Bayram, does anyone know when the banks will be closed and for how long?

Bayram Holiday TRNC
Banks will close on Monday 4th July at 12.00 noon to Thursday 7th.
Then reopen Friday 8th July ???? and will re-open for normal business on Monday 11th July.

Re Friday, I think the banks are only open until 13.15 and then closed until Monday. That's certainly how I read Trevor's Hughes' newsletter. Makes sense that they would bunk off early on Friday, I would.

For those who are wondering what this Poets day lark is all about it's "P*ss Off Early, Tomorrow's Saturday".

Hope this doesn't meet with the disapproval of the moderators.
