I read in a post that people sometimes meet in the old bazar, where is it and who goes there?
When is it open

Only place I know is behind the Round Tower, in Kyrenia. Always seems empty to me.

If you mean the one in Girne. From main car park at top end of Girne. Walk down Ziya Rizki Cd past the 'English' cafes on the right and Beledeyi on the left. Take the 1st right into Atilla Sk. A short distance you come to Efeler Sk on your right, the old bazaar is on the left just before Çarşi Sk. (It is adjacent to part of the one way road system). There are, of course, old bazaars in Lefkosa, Gazimaǧusa, Istanbul, Cairo, Baghdad etc. lol.

Tom, I thought that was called 'Bandabulya' - I've never heard it called the Old Bazaar...

I have looked at the old post mentioned here, someone said that nice Filipina women meet in the Old Bazar on some evenings.
Is this why you are enquiring about its location?

Keith, you could be right. However, whilst here on our original visit, our guide took us there for coffee and referred to the building as the old bazaar. He was keen to show us it as the place had then been recently renovated. The one mention of Bandabulya indicated this was a post by somebody.

Hi Guys, he will know where the place is now but not whether the girls he is looking for may be there or when??

The post he found mentions The Old Bazar as a place to meet girls from the Philippines', I think this is why its location is requested.

You are correct, I am interested in meeting a nice Philippines lady, but have no idea where they meet socially. I saw the post about the old bazar, but not sure when or if they meet there.

Then I guess Dilbert you'll need to do some leg work and visit and investigate.
