Marion Stewart is excellent and gives a personal speech to the couple, very moving and special.

Can anybody officiate at weddings in Cyprus? Doesn't the person have to be registered or something?

You do not have to be qualified in any way to perform a Blessing/Renewal of Vows. But you do need to have some idea of what you are doing! Both Keith and Marion are excellent. Or you can choose to have a church Chaplain perform the ceremony in the church or at an outside venue.
