Can anybody officiate at weddings in Cyprus? Doesn't the person have to be registered or something?

We are taking about 'blessings/celebrations 'here. Sorry if you are confused.

So anyone can do a blessing or celebration?

You do not have to be qualified in any way to perform a Blessing/Renewal of Vows. But you do need to have some idea of what you are doing! Both Keith and Marion are excellent. Or you can choose to have a church Chaplain perform the ceremony in the church or at an outside venue.
