Our internet went off at tea time last night, later on as the drama in Turkey unfolded we assumed we had been blacked out. After speaking to a friend this morning it seemed as if it was our connection that was the problem so rang Multimax at 9.05, after going through a couple of checks with us they said they would send an engineer today.
Imagine my suprise when 2 guys turned up at 9.45 & took around 30 mins to sort it out so well done Muktimax what excellent service!

I have nothing but the highest praise for Multimax, especially after just hearing of the problems my friends in Australia have had with Telstra!

Oh dear Walesforever what a a shame you had a bad experience I have always found the staff very polite & efficient & so are the engineers that come to the house.

The engineers were great but the office staff were appalling

Walesforever, I'll repeat the question, "have you discussed this problem with the MD"?

Hi tomsteel the problems I had were over a period of 6 months on various occasions. This was back last year. Since then I've noticed different staff on each occasion. No I did not discuss with the MD.

Any service company that is worth its salt would welcome feedback on its services, whether good or bad. You should really have raised the issues or problems you experienced either directly with the staff or if necessary with the MD.

jilvehdist, have you contacted "Mr MM" for the result of his investigation? I doubt very much he would publish it on this public forum.

Well he's not solved the problem, she's still there.

Ref msg 15. The assumption is, therefore, his investigation did not establish a serious-enough problem for dismissal. I do feel you should ask him direct, then you'll have an answer as opposed to speculation and frustration.
