Insurance at Metahan on Sundays.

I have searched the forum but it is showing no match.
Simple question.
Are the Metahan insurance booths open on a Sunday?
Need to know before tomorrow due to a flight change from Istanbul to Larnaca for friends.

Went through last Sunday at 5pm two booths open

I am scheduled to arrive just after midnight (land paphos at 2340 on thu 1 sept)..so am expecting to get there 0130 ish. will it be open then?

Probably NOT
Usually open to 2300hrs most days
Sundays often 2100 hrs
Often its down to chance.
I have known the on duty police to phone the broker on your behalf but that is not at all certain.
Consider an overnight in a hotel and get to border 0800hrs

Or ask the car hire firm to arrange it for you in advance - they will charge you for the service, but cheaper than a hotel!

Booths open but MOT office only Monday to Friday
