KKTCELL linked to Turk Cell in Turkey

Hi,
It seems these two networks are now connected so if you are calling fromTurkey it confirms that you calling NC but you are only paying a local rate. Does anyone know if I call a KKTCELL pay as you go it will be treated like a local call - or will it drain the credits as its think you are dialling from another country?
