I normally get my bill via email on the 20th of the month, but this month nothing. Anyone else not received their bill?

Kibtek may be reorganising their billing structure? I used to get my bills during the first few days of the month. Last month I got it on the 12th.

They seem to be running late this month as I did not get my meter read till the 10th, got my bill on the 11th.
Usually it's the first few days of the month.

I imagine the Bayram at the beginning of this month will have had an impact on bills being sent out.

I've only ever received one bill, about three months ago.
I emailed the 'press officer' of Kibtek and he looked into my case (I am not back in TRNC till October, will I run out of the credit I put on my bill before I left in March).
He was able to access my account to tell me I will be OK till October.

He also told me there are a few issues with the new billing system, and that they are slowly dealing with each issue.

Best thing to do is pay a little extra onto your bill (as I have to do not being full time over there), that way you have a buffer if you are not sure what you owe etc. and should not be cut off or anything silly.

Since I finally started receiving my bills (in February), mine have come 22 - 26 of each month. I also pay an amount in advance each time I'm there to make sure I'm covered.

Paul, we usually get our bill via email on 20th of the month and it arrived today.

We normally get ours on the 17/18th of the month and it arrived today. Great to be able to keep an eye on it when in the UK.

Just for info ours arrived on 19th July .... Edremit area

11/5 1/6 and 11/7 our last three emails and I also get a text the same day. Tatlisu area.

I registered for e-bill and SMS towards end of June. Received both on 22nd July (double bill as missed out in June!)
