Would suggest you try to buy the latest box, the MAG256 which has been upgraded form the old 254 to play the latest HEVC video files.
In the UK you can get one from: http://www.mag254.co.uk/mag-256-iptv-set-top-box-tv/

Yes, but would they ship to the TRNC and then would it get through customs or would it "Disapear in the Post"
