Anyone got any ideas for dealing with the above

I had a scrub at the Acapulco Turkish bath and that sorted me out. Alternatively, try exfoliating the affected area as it tends to be caused by blocked pores.

Cut a tomato in half and rub the inside on the rash,dont know why it works but it does cool and soothe

I found Sudocrem brilliant, I used to get prickly heat all the time, I used this and it took care of it. I was told by the GP NOT to use sun oil as it blocks the pores and thus creates prickly heat. I don't use any oil now if needed I just use sun cream. I wish you well getting rid of it, its a bummer.

There is a talcum powder called UTalk, (from chemist) which a friend recommended and it did help my prickly heat round my neck and chest .

Used to be plagued by prickly heat. I take an allergy tablet once a day and use Piz Baun allergy sun lotion and although I still get a bit of the rash it isnt as itchy and has calmed it down.

Go get an antihistamine jab sorted my husband

My nephew just had it. We used two sulpidine pain killers a cold shower and after sun it would disappear for 4 hour then we went and stared again.

Lavender Oil mixed with a cold cream works wonders

I used to suffer with prickly heat and was advised to smear on natural yogurt and let it dry ... worked wonders though no one wanted to sit near me!
