optician diabetic check

Can anyone recommend one maybe west of Girne please.
The Cyprus Eye Clinic does a diabetic check as part of every eye test and I was given written results to give to my doctor. All the staff speak good English.
Approach the Bellapais lights from the Lapta end (i.e. heading towards the New Harbour) and turn left and then right immediately. The Cyprus Eye Clinic is on the corner and there is usually parking available.
