Just been to check a friends meter reading and noticed 2 red lights on the meter (non flashing) next 2 one another. Unable to check if there is electricity as I do not have access.

Can anyone tell me what 2 solid red non flashing lights next to one another means? Has the supply been cut off?

I check the house next door to me every week. Its empty but electric is still on. The meter shows the 2 red lights too. So I think it should be ok

At my grandsons villa in Alsancak,two red lights were on. Kibtek had disconnected it! Went into office in Girne,paid the bill,was back on when got back to villa.
