Our daughter send a package from the UK the Saturday before last to our home address in Alsancak via DHL Express. We were contacted by text message last Tuesday and, when I phoned to check, advised the package would be delivered on Friday at 2pm. They were wrong - it arrived at 1.45! Amazing service, so a pat on the back as we'd heard horror stories about DHL, and our experience with them was excellent.
