Step Out for Tulips!

Having taken a much needed rest, the well known Tulips Duo of Sue Tilt and Carole King are bouncing back for the month of September as "Team Tulips"!
Together we are going to “Step Out for Tulips” and will aim to walk 10,000 steps every day during the month of September and will be seeking lots of sponsorship to raise much needed funds for Tulips!
Why not join us and aim to "Step Out for Tulips" too. All you need do is to pledge to walk 10,000 steps every day for the month of September and get as many people as possible to sponsor you. This equates to 300,000 steps and is about the distance from London to Manchester!
It is recognised by most health authorities that 10,000 steps per day is an achievable and healthy way to live your life. The benefits are; it helps reduce certain cancers, improves your heart and circulation and reduces the risk of Type 2 Diabetes.
So come on all join "Team Tulips" and "Step Out to the Mark………"

You will require a pedometer to monitor your walking and these are available in retail outlets
Don’t be shy, Tulips needs your help and this could be a real fun way to help them raise the urgently needed funds to support them helping those with Cancer in the TRNC.
