Very disappointed but not surprised to see that the road repair work following the water pipe installation has yet to be started.The local Mayor stated in his interview with Graham Brown that the work would commence on the 1st August but nothing has been done.

No further news either concerning the mains water from Turkey which according to the Mayor was imminent.


Does anyone have an update?

Ah but Art, did the Mayor say what year? Imminent, what does that mean? Does he have the trust of anyone but himself, when was the Belediye staff last paid, the list goes on?

It's just vety frustrating -all we need is a little bit of honesty and openess.

When he said it would start on August 1st it was obvious it was a lie as this day was a public holiday.

Yes-I think its all about telling us what we would like to hear.
