Dog missing – again

It's been a couple of days since we were gratefully helped by people in this forum to recover our runaway dog in Arapköy.
I'm sorry to say, he's done it again, and he was 'considerate' enough to somehow take off his new collar with phone number and leave it hanging on the recently fortified front gate as he left.
He's small with short legs, white chest and a stumpy tail, very friendly, answers to the name of Inigo, and as I'm sure you can tell, he's a bit of a rascal. He is more than likely still in Arapköy.
There is a photo attached to this message.

Please if you see him give us a call. 0533 8465568.

Is he castrated? Forgive me for the following if he is. Uncastrated dogs will go off for days in search of a bitch in heat, which they can smell from quite unbelieveable distances. Having him done will perhaps not stop him from escaping if the whim takes him, but he will lose the incentive to do so and come back much sooner and not go far.

Thanks everyone - he just walked in through the back door. Next time, we'll not trouble you, it seems he knows where home is now.

Hippocampus, I could be mistaken, but I presume from the non reply to your sensible post re castrated, that the answer is no.
