Lack of mains water Ozankoy

Hi is anyone else experiencing lack of mains water in Ozankoy have not had any for 5 days.

Full Tanks central Ozankoy tonight

Are the full tanks for definite?? I was told this on Monday and it came on for 10 minutes yesterday morning, enough to cover the bottom of my tank.

Both tanks full, last time I saw water going in was midnight Mon,Tues.
we also have a separate unmetered tap which can be intermittent which is supplied from village well somewhere, it is currently producing water.
