Donate a Handbag!

How many of us ladies have an almost brand new handbag stuffed in the back of our wardrobes that has been hardly used?

Ayse Green has come up with a great idea and is organising a 'Donate A Handbag' fundraiser for Tulips, all drop off points are listed on the poster below.

Please delve into the back of those wardrobes, you never know what you might find!

Nice idea most of us have got surplus and they do say of you have not used it for 6 months get rid of it.

I thought I had answered this the other day but my post has gone into cyberspace!!

The organisers do not have a date yet, as it is says on the poster 'the date is to be confirmed' however they are hoping to have enough donations in to run this by the end of Sept / beg of Oct.

So please everyone, have a rummage in the back of those wardrobes, we all have a lovely hardly used bag somewhere????

What a great idea and luckily I decided to browse the forum today and spotted this. We are leaving and im gaving a good clear out. I've at least I 5 or 6 I don't want anymore, some I know have never used. Happy to donate them to a good cause. I'll drop them off at the Alsancak bookstore Monday.
